Measure before you buy
Most returns come from a seat that's too narrow, not a frame that's too weak. Three measurements prevent that.
- Hip width, seated. Add 2 inches for a wheelchair or commode seat width.
- Doorways. Measure the narrowest door the equipment must pass through, frame to frame.
- Weight plus margin. Choose a capacity at least 50 lb above the user's current weight.

How fast does it ship?
Most items ship within 1–2 business days from the nearest distribution center. Beds and patient lifts ship by freight and take 5–10 business days; we call to schedule delivery.
Do you take insurance or Medicare?
Not yet. We're a cash-pay store, and we'll give you an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement or use with an HSA or FSA card.
Can I return something?
Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days. Opened personal-care and hygiene items can't be returned, so call us for sizing help before you order.
How does scheduled delivery work?
