Returns

You can return unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

What can't be returned

• Opened personal-care and hygiene items, such as briefs, underpads, wipes and gowns
• Mattresses and slings removed from their packaging
• Special-order and custom-sized items

How to return

1. Call (800) 555-0199 or email orders@baricaresupply.com for a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item in its original box with all parts.
3. Ship it to the address we give you. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Freight items may have a restocking fee of up to 15%, which we'll tell you before you return them.
